What is the delivery time for my Order?
- Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs(Non-Personalized), maximum time taken for orders to be shipped is 2-3 days.
- For the Customized Jewelry the order takes 6-8 days to get processed in which 3-4 days are for customization and 3-4 days are for delivery.
- Once the orders are shipped, it takes 1-5 working days to be delivered to any location in India (depending upon your geographical location)
- Delivery time varies from Country to Country (If the order is from Out of India)
Returns and Replacements
Do you accept Replacements?
- As we believe in Customer’s Satisfaction as our priority, Nayab provide Door to Door replacements (The Shipment will be picked from your door and will be delivered to you Door)
- Replacement Procedure will be initiated in 24-48 hours.
- Free replacement can be requested in the following condition applied –
Item received is physically damaged;
Item received has missing parts or accessories;
Item received is defective/does not work properly.
- Customers need to contact us, within 3 days of delivery.
- After the procedure is initiated, it must be completed within 7 days.
Do you accept returns?
- As an important part of our value chain, we accepts returns.
Product can be returned only if found defective or not as described.

If the option for replacement is available, it will be prioritised.
- Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive parcel and process your return
